LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a substantial plush sectional. You'll love sitting with your favorite people around the wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. This space is full of natural light and beautiful archways. The original (non-working) fireplace is a lovely focal point.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen for four. All the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home are waiting for you. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a large table set for twelve and additional seating at the kitchen peninsula. A high chair is available for the little ones to join the adults at the dinner table.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
Take advantage of the convenient and rare first-floor bedroom and full-size bathroom. Bedroom #1 provides a comfy platform king-size bed topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Four bedrooms within the airy, elegant home can be found on the second floor. Two king beds, a trundle bed (two twin beds), and two side-by-side queen beds. Each comfy bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted SmartTV.

Two bedrooms have ensuites; bedroom # 2 (two queens) and bedroom # 5 offer privacy. One more full-size bathroom located in the 2nd-floor hallway with but/shower combo and single vanity. Fresh and clean towels and personal beauty products are provided with your stay.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM - BASEMENT
Bedroom #6 (queen-size bed) and yet another full-size bathroom is located in the fully finished basement. This area is a bonus space, perfect for those families with older kiddos for extra privacy.You'll find a huge sofa, games, and a 58" smart TV. You will also find a trundle bed for more sleeping arrangements.

LAUNDRY
You'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer in the basement, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, for making vacation laundry a breeze.

GARAGE
A detached garage parking for two vehicles is ready for your use, so you can be assured that finding a spot will be perfectly convenient. More parking can be found in front of the home.

And with easy access to I-44, I-64/40, and I-55/70, you can visit the Arch, City Museum, Forest Park/Zoo, Barnes/CWE, Cortex, Busch Stadium, Fox Theater, St. Louis U, The Grove, Cherokee Street, Tower Grove, Peabody Opera House in just 5-10 minutes.

Tower Grove East is a quiet neighborhood anchored by the internationally renowned Tower Grove Park. Take a walk through the community and enjoy the century-old architecture and beautiful gardens.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
