We had a wonderful stay at this Poipu, Kauai condo, and Stephen was a fantastic host. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was delightful, and there was great airflow throughout the main floor during the day. Everything was very well appointed, including beach gear and snorkeling gear that made getting out on the water a breeze. The pool was lovely, and falling asleep to the sound of the surf at night was one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location for access to local beaches and activities. The condo is as advertised, and the complex has a pool/hot tub and a pickleball court. Everything we needed in one place for a fantastic vacation!

Completely enjoyed our stay and the show by the ocean with the waves crashing against the volcanic rocks was amazing. Communication with Novella at the management company was excellent.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay while attending a conference at nearby grand Hyatt. Able to walk in 15 minutes to events and to the beach. Condo was clean and air conditioning in bedrooms very nice. Management staff was very responsive.

We had an absolutely amazing time on Kaua’i . We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo . The unit was very clean and it was a nice quiet place to stay . The pool and hot tub were great ! Every evening we could walk to the waters edge and see beautiful sea turtles. We will definitely be back .

Wonderful Stay in Poipu

My family and I stayed here for a week and it fit our needs perfectly. The condo looks out onto the pool and you can see the ocean from the deck. There was a bunch of beach equipment, like umbrellas and chairs, that really came in handy. The upstairs bedrooms had AC which really helped as we came in July. All in all we loved it and hope to come back soon.

Lovely stay

This was a beautiful condo, great location and lovely view. All amenities. There is a long walk from the parking lot and quite a lot of stairs, which is completely fine unless there is someone with mobility issues in your party. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was great for the hot parts of the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach with sea turtles

The property was big with sea turtles in the ocean right outside building. But there are a lot of stairs to climb up since it is located on a hill and on the second floor with no elevator and stairs inside condo.

A great deal with a great view and location!

Very spacious condo with great ocean views and amenities. Close to Poipu Beach and all activities of southern Kauai. This is a great deal compared to other smaller condos that cost the same to rent. We are definitely planning a return trip to the Makahuena Resort and the island of Kauai. Angela

Great location and great views

Perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc in the condo. Pool and hot tub was nice to relax at after hiking or a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai and its views in the morning and evening. The AC unit on the patio is a bit warm when it is running but if you turn it off while you want to be on the patio it cools down quickly..

Excellent location and wonderful home

We loved this spot! 4 adults stayed here and it was everything we hoped for. A nice lanai overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean. We spotted several dolphins and saw whales while enjoying morning coffee. Inside is neat and tidy and offers everything you need. We had a minor request on day 1 and it was resolved almost immediately by the management. We would definitely come again - thanks Stephen for letting us stay at your home in paradise.

Quiet Condo in Nice location

Great location on 2nd floor with view as shown in listing. Overall, condo was clean & quiet. Kitchen amenities (besides plates and glasses) need to be updated. Outdoor pool was fabulous!
