Nice two bedroom. Close to a Whole Foods and many cute shops along Hope Street. Within walking distance of the Saturday market.Unit was quiet, had a very functional kitchen and a great laundry room.Very good communications with the owner.
This property and host were excellent. The property was so well appointed without a mark missed, not to mention immaculate. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was ideal- highly recommend this property.
We came to RI for a hockey tournament. The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended!!
Very clean apartment—great location in the city but very quiet neighborhood. We had commitments in downtown Providence and Massachusetts and this was a great location for both. Will definitely stay again when we return to Providence.
Very good, the only disappointment (if we had to be very picky) was the location on a steep hill, shaky neighborhood and disappointing mattresses. We were VERY happy with the cleanliness, amazing attention to detail and providing comfort items. It was priced well and we were elated the AC worked. My husband is desabled so that was a MUST!
The place was good. We had trouble working the pull out sofa however. It was close to the city. We walked a ton at night. Only drawback was that you can hear the neighbor or neighbors upstairs walking back and forth alot.
We stayed in late July 2025 and had no issues. The unit is well-stocked and had A/C units in both bedrooms so quite comfortable. Easy to find free street parking near the unit. The shower was a bit small, but everything worked fine.
Very nice property. It was clean and well appointed. The host was extremely responsive and hospitable.
Parking was easy and the neighborhood is quiet.
We will book again for sure!
The property was as described. Very nice, not far walk from Five Star Cafe and Swan Point Cemetery which is very scenic. A lot of restaurants around within walking distance. Not far to Uber Downtown Providence. Matt the property manager was easy to contact. Stayed 2 months for work. 5 stars.
The location was great… Close to plenty of things. The unit was clean and has more than enough space for a family to stay (including kids). We had a small snafu with checking in but Matt was beyond accommodating and very quick to respond. He went above and beyond after we checked out and had left an item behind. We would definitely recommend staying in this apt for your visit to Providence!

The inside was very clean. The hosts did a great job setting us up with a very nice welcome package and providing some basics for food such as milk, orange juice eggs bacon pasta and sauce.
Parking was on the street, but had no issues with finding a spot.
The only negative was the surrounding area was a bit run down looking and not a lot of grassy areas for the dogs to use the bathroom.
I would have no reservations recommending or rebooking in the future.
The hosts were gracious and helpful when my son requested early admittance to the apartment. We were in the area for a family funeral, and the facility was comfortable and comforting. There are a number of cute restaurants and cafes up on Hope Street, within reasonable walking distance, although the immediate neighborhood is not as charming as the area closer to Brown and RISD. It isn't too far from those more attractive areas, and it's very convenient to the Interstate.
Matt and Nish were perfect hosts, and the facility is well appointed.
I would have liked a toaster and better cooking pots and a better fry pan. Cheap cooking equipment with warped bottoms make it difficult to cook. Both couches were very uncomfortable. Was a nice space, it was nice to have lots of room. Was a nice neighbourhood, as I walked alot while my daughter recovered from knee surgery.
Four of us - all high school friends- celebrate our birthdays together for one week in the fall every year. We’re all 82 now. We chose Providence this year and the Woodbine property from Sunday til Wednesday afternoon. The location was conveniently central to our touring. I was concerned about “available” parking but found spots within the block every evening. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had a basket of unexpected goodies - coffee and health bars. Would highly recommend.

Good not great, needs some updates
This home was booked as part of our New England
vacation, great visiting many areas as we did. It was mostly but not all clean ( ie fans, dryer, bathroom were not). The check in was easy, area is a little sketchy & run down. The home offers most of what you might need & they are all good condition, a kettle would be an added bonus for those (like us) who don't want coffee. Biggest problem were the beds, totally uncomfortable & far too small, the foam toppers are even shorter than the mattress - I'm only 5.6 & they were small for me let alone my 6ft husband & son - new mattresses are minimal must, better yet an upgrade in size.
Did not communicate with owners, so rating doesnt count.

Clean, centrally located stay was worth it.
We were very happy to find an affordably priced rental that welcomed our dogs! It is located within a 5-20 min drive from just about everything. The apt was immaculate and cozy and the AC WORKED GREAT! We felt welcomed, and comfortable. All the appliances looked new and the coffee maker was a hit with my husband. They had a few snacks for us, and our dogs, to tide us over until we could eat. It was very thoughtful. The kitchen, bathroom, and overall apt was well equipped for weary travelers. The Washer and Dryer were a FANTASTIC PLUS!!!!On the list of possible improvements, the mattresses were "doable", but definitely have room for improvement. I had to take Tylenol every morning to deal with aches. Be prepared for a skinny tub/shower. The water was excellent but not much room to move around. The landlords have no control over the neighborhood, but some of the homes were a little shaky and contact highs were a reality :(There is very little green space to potty our dogs and the home is on a STEEP hill. I have calves of steel after the week;)All this being said, I want to thank for landlords for offering us this apt as a nice option for our visit!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Perfect for our family stay in RI!
We are still raving about this place. Very clean and cute. Perfect for our family, two adults 3 teenagers. A futon and fold out couch and two bedrooms. IT was so cozy and so affordable compared to so many other vacation homes. This was so refreshing for a vacation on the East Coast where things are soooo expensive. It honestly made our trip more enjoyable just not having to pay an arm and a leg and still get a quality stay!Other than that, great location: beautiful overlook of the city, house is on a hill. Close to college area with shops and great food choices. Easy access to a lot! Not far from necessities. Had my coffee of the porch each morning. About a mile from a great walking trail, and walking through the neighborhood (going up the hill, away from the downtown) were beautiful houses where I felt safe walking (alone as a female), plenty of people out and about. Quiet neighborhood, parking was easy. Nice to have a washer and dryer, shower stayed hot for 5 people, stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies to cook a few meals ourselves.Oh the beds were super comfortable too.Decided to stay one more night! The owners were on vacation but were still very responsive and sooo friendly and easy going. Truly grateful for the experience of this stay, a blessing on our trip!
