Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City, M22 Bay View Breeze is a nicely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large sandy beach across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.

When you enter the home, you will find a comfortable living space with a kitchen and dining area. The entire home is on one level, so all three bedrooms are on the ground level.

On the lakeside, enjoy 100 feet of lakeshore on the sparkling blue waters of West Bay. You’ll find a fire pit, kayaks, and beach chairs.

Great location with great hosts.

I have used VRBO for a number of vacations and this home met all my expectations. Very comfortable and well equiped. The view of the bay is lovely and be sure to check out the amazing blue spruce in the yard.
