- Cancellation: For reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day, cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival in order for a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee to be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival. For off-season reservations, cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus the $150 cancellation fee.
