At the rear of this four bedroom, two bathroom home is the lounge room with large TV, kitchen and dining area overlooking the beautiful waterways of Coorong Quays Marina.



The Space:

The kitchen has a fridge, electric cooking, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bean machine and more. Dining suite will seat eight people or hang out on the stools at the breakfast bar.

There is even a piano if you have to desire to sit and play a tune.



Bedroom one has a king bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and vanity.

Bedroom two with queen bed and built in robe.

Bedroom three has a tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and a single bunk bed.

Bedroom four with double bed and single bed.



Ducted heating and cooling throughout.



Main bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Separate toilet.

Laundry with washing machine.



Outdoor furniture and BBQ with a gravel path leading down to the lower grassed area and water.

There are also five kayaks (one 3 seats, 1 adult, 3 youths), you will need to bring your own life jackets to ensure the appropriate sizes are used and kayaks are used at guests own risk. Extra recreation equipment supplied is table tennis, air hocky, treadmill, gym equipment.
