Business license # 00026187 has been renewed to Feb 2027. luxury legal suite around 980 sqft built in 2020 with 9’ high ceiling, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with Refrigerator with cold water & ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, living room with sofa & single sofa, coffee table & side table, ,in suite laundry room, eating area with solid wood dining table and 4 chairs, , dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. separated ventilation system. Need to downstair to sunken deck to access the suite. No wheelchair accessible. Portable BBQ, high chair & standard baby crib with mattress & coverlet based on request. Free Tire inflation if need!

Go beachside, just walk along Bishop Rd to Marine Drive then turn Right, there is a trail to go beach via Coldicutt Park. Walking around 650 m .

Our family had an amazing stay in this unit! It was incredibly spacious, with a bright open concept kitchen and living area that made it easy to relax and spend time together. The two bathrooms were excellent, including a beautiful ensuite that added an extra level of comfort.Both bedrooms were generously sized and featured large closets with plenty of space to hang our clothes and store our luggage. The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.As mentioned in a few other reviews, the towels weren't the best quality, but that was a very minor issue and didn't take away from our overall experience.The location was outstanding. The neighborhood was beautiful, felt very safe, and was conveniently close to Marine Drive, making it easy to get around and explore the area. This unit exceeded all of our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting White Rock!

Clean and comfortable stay. Only feedback for improvement is that there was no kettle, bath towels were very small so wish we brought our own larger towels. and internet connection was too slow to use the TV for streaming Netflix etc. Communication with the host was quick and pleasant. Parking was easy and it was a good location. We felt safe and comfortable. Thanks!

We had a small problem, the batteries needed replacing in the smoke detector, they started chirping. Within 2 minutes of messaging the host he was there and replacing the batteries. Absolutely fantastic.

The suite was perfect , very spacious and clean. It is a basement suite so you do hear a little bit at times but it was no issue . There is a coffee maker , but bring your own filters and coffee . The place could have done with better towels and toilet paper , so I suggest to bring your own if you can. It was a great value

Very nice place on the inside. Having to enter the property from the back was unexpected and being below ground level made it hard for air flow with no A/C. Host was very good with communication and it was a nice place to stay

Why they chose this property

White Rock, BC, Canada is a beach community named after a large 486 ton white boulder left behind from the ice age. Today... the community is best known for its 8+ kilometre white sandy beaches, promenade waterfront walkway and a 1500 foot historic fishing pier. Looking south, White Rock peers out over Semiahmoo Bay in the Strait of Georgia. Further south, in the Strait of Georgia, are the Southern Gulf Islands and the southern tip of Vancouver island. And on the horizon one can see Mount Baker in the state of Washington, USA.
