On the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie, this modern Villa is set within the 38 acres of Raffertys Resort, just an hours drive from Sydney and close to many unspoilt ocean beaches like Caves beach, Blacksmiths beach and historic Catherine Hill Bay. This two bedroom Villa, with a third upstairs loft/ bed has filtered views of Lake Macquarie and is designed with the family in mind, sleeping up to 6 people in air-conditioned comfort.

The space
This two bedroom Villa incorporates an enclosed loft area making a third bedroom or kids rumpus room and is only a few minutes walk to the pools, tennis courts & the lakeshore.

The ground floor incorporates a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtop and a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, electric cooktop and all the utensils and cookware you need for your stay. The kitchen leads into the dining and living areas with a large flat screen television. A renovated bathroom is located between the downstairs bedrooms while a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer leads to another downstairs renovated shower and toilet. Great covered private court yard and separate balcony. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

There is dedicated garage parking for 1 car and additional parking available throughout the resort.

With the family in mind, there is plenty to do at the resort. Don't forget to pack your beach towels because there are 4 pools (including a heated pool) as well as 4 tennis courts (racquets provided), private jetty, boat and bike hire, as well as kids playgrounds it is the perfect family holiday location. Whether you're wandering the expansive manicured gardens overlooking the stunning Lake Macquarie, exploring one of the many walking trails or dining at the onsite café or restaurant, this self-contained Villa won't disappoint.

The Villa is booked exclusively for your use and is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. It also has contactless check-in and check-out to help you enjoy a safe stay.

Access to the Villa is via a coded locked box.
The Code will be sent via text and Airbnb message prior to your stay.

Where possible we will offer an early midday check-in on request. We will confirm any early check-in request in the days prior to your stay.

Other things to note
Photo ID is required upon booking our home for insurance purposes. This is also in case of an emergency evacuation of the resort. A drivers licence is preferred. Please block out the licence number and DOB if you wish to. Our record is deleted at the conclusion of your stay.
