Relax and holiday at this newly renovated coastal family home 5 minutes from the local village, beach, walking tracks and in the heart of Kapiti.

With a beautiful open planned kitchen dining, lounge space opening out onto extensive decking for indoor outdoor living, this Kapiti accommodation invites you to spend your days relaxing in the sun, exploring the beach and walking tracks, BBQing in the evenings and cosying up with a book or movie on the comfortable sprawling couch. Downstairs is a second lounge 'den' designed for gaming and movies with an extra large Smart TV.

If you’re needing to top up on supplies, the Raumati Village is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find gorgeous boutique shops, a couple of great spots to eat, a wonderful Waterfront Bar and Eatery, and also a well-stocked 4 square.

If you choose to explore the wider Kapiti area Paraparaumu has a great shopping mall, the Southwards car museum & Saturday markets. A short drive to Waikanae will reward you with a wonderful bakery and beachside cafe/bars as well as the Waikanae Rivermouth and Estuary. Bushwalks are found throughout the Kapiti Coast, and if you want a challenge the well known Escarpment Walk will offer views to die for.

Beautiful, immaculate property, fantastic Easter weekend

This modern home is beautiful, spacious, light, warm, quiet, relaxing and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday and more. The photos don't really do it justice. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy some alfresco dining, a games rooms for rainy day movies and delicious dining walking distance down the road. Although the house is modern and newly renovated throughout and luxurious details in the decor, it was still very comfy and homely. The large lounge suite meant we could all sit together for reading, board games or TV. Our hosts had made us feel very welcome and free to make the home ours during our stay. Would definitely book again, easily could fill a week's holiday in this area with so much to see and do. Our children aged 10 & 12 really enjoyed it too.
