Inside or out? We’re pretty sure you’ll be torn between enjoying the comfortable furnishings within this freshly updated 3rd floor beachfront condo, and the gorgeous outdoor amenities at The Crescent in Miramar Beach, Florida.

While the outdoor area includes a lush tropical landscape and a beautiful resort style pool, the condo itself features many stylish and thoughtful upgrades. Enjoy all new flooring and two spectacular bathrooms in this comfortable and over-sized two-bedroom Destin condo. The bedding arrangement and spacious size make it perfect for guests who might require two Primary bedrooms. The expansive balcony, complete with high-top table and a million-dollar views is accessible from both the Primary bedroom and the living area. There are multiple flatscreens in this unit plus a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The Crescent is a gated community that also features a fitness center, a community grilling area and limited covered parking. Plus, the location of The Crescent is convenient for all kinds of shopping and restaurants, and of course, the beautiful white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are literally steps away.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The Crescent is a beautiful condo complex and this condo lived up to our expectations. The view was great and the place was clean. This particular unit has the larger guest bedroom and bathroom compared to other units in this complex. We always stay at the crescent and always have a wonderful time

Almost perfect

Crescent is wonderful. Pool and beach great. Parking and access control well done. A few opportunities for even better condo include some faucets need attention, grout in master bathroom has some mildew, very few towels and washrags (6 wash rags in entire condo). Lastly the wifi was great. but there were several outages when we were there.

Loved This Unit and the Location

We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. Nice and close to walkway onto the beach. Silver Sands Outlet Mall a minute drive away.State Parks close by for exploring and walking. Airforce Base nearby. Enjoyed the fighter jets and military helicopters flying overhead. The issues we had were quickly addressed and dealt with

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. The condo was set up with touches that made it feel homey, but, not so much that you felt like you were staying in a stranger's home. There were 5 of us staying and the size was big enough that we never felt on top of each other. The condo felt pretty clean overall - just a few really picky things like dusty baseboards. The real jewel of this condo was the location and oversized balcony. The condo was situated such that you had a great view of the beach as well as the beautiful pool facilities. You were able to walk right out onto Miramar beach which had dazzling white sand and blue/green water. The beach was not overly crowded, was clean, and was very comfortable to walk on. The chair/umbrella service was also a nice perk. The management company was very responsive and helpful - fixed a broken vent fan and tacked down a carpet - right away and with a smile. We were sorry when our stay ended and talked about returning to this condo next year. A wonderful setting for an idealic vacation. The one negative was the conflicting information about what to do with facilities access wristbands at checkout. We got conflicting reports from management company and facility - but this was a small thing. Just remember - bring the bands to the front desk and you will be good!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning condo in Miramar Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. But nothing compares to the breathtaking views. Waking up each morning to the sun rising over the water and ending the day with those peaceful ocean sunsets was pure magic.The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot,coffee in the morning, drinks at night, and endless moments just soaking in the view.The location was perfect, close to everything but still felt like a quiet escape. Whether we were relaxing inside or enjoying the beach just steps away, every moment felt like a dream.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Already counting down the days until we can come back!
