This was a beautiful property for our family. Very spacious and everything you need for your stay. We always had something to do from fires at night and games and lots of time on the water with the kayaks, paddle board and peddle boat. Lots of room to keep our boat at the doc as well. The only thing is all the stairs getting down to the water but we were told about them. Would recommend this property

Lovely time!

We had a lovely stay! It was beautiful and the lake was lovely. There were a lot stairs down to the lake though! A bit of a workout getting back from the water.

Winter getaway

Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.

Great place for a family reunion.The description of the place and amenities was accurate and our host was very responsive. All the dockside equipment was in good order except for the pedal boat was not working. Also, upon arrival, we found a few cleaning issues. There were some used towels left on hooks in the main floor bathroom and two empty cans of drinks in the shower. As well, we found a mop and bucket left beside the refrigerator and a couple of used tissue were found in main floor bedrooms.Otherwise everything else was okay.All in all the villa offered an amazing view of the lake and was very comfortable for our family get together.

Relaxing getaway with Family

Coming through the front door, the view is stunning!!!! You instantly feel relaxed. It was so nice for our whole family to be together in one big open area. Very spacious. The host was very gracious and answered any questions we had promptly. The waterfront had amazing views. We enjoyed doing morning yoga on the dock along with kayaking and paddle board. Although we would definitely book this property again, you should know that there are 180 steps down to the water. I went down 3 times a day and totally worth it.

L’endroit est extraordinaire! Mais le gros point faible est la propreté en générale et surtout des salles de bain! Si c’était mieux entretenue ce serait un gros 5 étoiles3 famille à jouer dans l’eau et sauter de rocher dans l’eau et pêche de beau poisson dans la rivière accessible en kayak facilement!
