Experience the ultimate convenience of this 3 bedroom + loft deluxe townhouse, one of few that offers TRUE ski-in / ski-out in Mammoth. This spacious floorplan is located at the Bridges Condominium's which offers expansive panoramic views down the valley and the Sherwin mountain range, as well as covered parking, elevator access and hot tubs. Ski down to Eagle Lodge on the Bridges ski trail, or take a stroll down to Lake Mary road to access the Lakes basin, The Village and shuttle access. The property features wood floors throughout, a cozy wood burning stove in the living room with vaulted ceilings and access to the balcony to soak up those exquisite views. With a large comfortable sectional, you can all cozy up in front of the fire or enjoy the large 65" Smart flatscreen TV with DVD player and Cable. A separate dining area offers seating for 6-8 with additional bar seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. This open floorplan kitchen, living and dining area makes entertaining and family time even more special. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare meals. The balcony offers outdoor seating and a private BBQ grill to enjoy. On the lower level of this two story townhome are the main 3 bedroom suites. The primary suite offers a Cal King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second master offers a Cal King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom offers a King bed and flatscreen TV, with access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. On the upper level is the open plan loft, a haven for the kiddos! The loft features a set of bunk beds with twin over twin, and an additional twin and double bed. A private laundry room with a side by side washer/dryer checks off all the amenities you would need. Complimentary WiFi is offered. The community hot tub and Sauna is located within the building, as well as the convenience of covered, underground parking with 2 designated parking spots (clearance 6' 10"). This property is one of only a few TRUE ski-in, ski-out locations in Mammoth and is located on the third floor with elevator access. The property also comes with a private ski locker to store all of your equipment. If you are traveling with littles, feel free to request a travel crib/pack-n-play from us and we will make sure it is in the unit for your arrival. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, trampoline room and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. We had a great stay, The condo location is awesome; we skied right out to the Eagle Express lift. The condo was clean and accommodated all 9 of us without any issues. Fantastic View of the mountains! Would stay there again.

The best ski in ski out.

Ski in Ski out, only steps from the run, heated floors in restrooms, fully stocked kitchen with great appliances, Great view from patio, great beds, easy parking, working large capacity washer and dryer, hot water never ran out. Great house we will be back again.

Can't beat the location

Loved the property. The management company was quick with communications and all of the property managers were helpful with our stay. The location is unbeatable, 20 steps off a main trail. The view in the morning is amazing as well. Will be back.

Great location, nice place.

Overall a nice place to stay! The check-in/check-out procedure requires you to stop by a separate office, which seems unnecessary given there are no physical keys for the unit. The dryer also seemed old and took awhile to dry a load of towels.

This unit is close to everything fishing, hiking, biking, etc. Big plus is access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club - indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball, tennis, workout rooms.BBQ grill brand new and tons of wood for the wood burning fireplace.Rooms are spacious with two master bedrooms and loft area which was great for all the grandkids.Great time and place in creating family memories!

I chose it based on the amount of rooms and bed sizes as I needed to accommodate my parents, children and another couple. There was plenty of room, the 3 king size beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed to cook for the family. And the view was breathtaking! We will definitely be back again!

It desperately needs a new router/modem as it constantly disconnected us and it could only tolerate 2 devices at a time, streaming a movie was painful with all the buffering. Otherwise, the place is fantastic, fully stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, and it is nice to be all on one floor.

I can only imagine how nice it would be to stay here during the winter time and ski out from the door steps. Only bad part was there were moths in the house. Some of the windows didn't have screen or couldn't open so it got a bit stuffy. Would have been nice to have a screen door with the sliding down to the patio to enjoy the nice breeze.

Mammoth Lakes

Checking in was really easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults and one child. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The views were beautiful. The condo is very dated. When I went into the master bedroom, there was a breakfast bar wrapper on the floor by the dresser. There was hair in the shower. The bathrooms had stained carpeting. No screens on the windows. The couch was comfortable and could hold a lot of people, but it was really dusty. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. It would be a great place if updated and deep cleaned.

Wonderful Stay

The unit is on the older side but has been maintained very well. Everything was in order so we didnt have to contact management. We had 2 families, 5 adults and 5 kids. The loft's arrangement of beds was perfect for the kids. It was also great for them to hangout and for us to still be able to keep track of them from the living room. The 3 bdrms with 1 king each was perfect for the adults. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. The provided towels, toiletries, bedding, and kitchen utensils (cooking and eating) were sufficient. We appreciated the small oven/air fryer as well as the outside bbq grill and ample wood for the fireplace. Location was perfect with true ski in/out; this is an end unit and our window looked out right to the slope. Beautiful view from the balcony. The complex's hot tub was spacious and stayed open until 10pm. We didn't have time to check out Snow Creek Athletic Club. Overall very enjoyable stay for us!
