Beautifully updated lofted one bedroom with bonus sleeping area and 1.5 baths

Beautifully remodeled unique loft ready for your visit! Located right in the heart of town which puts you walking distance to shops and restaurants. This loft condo has a small one bedroom with a door up on the spacious loft with a full size bed and an attached half bath. In the open area of the loft, there's a bonus sleeper area with a bunk bed which has a twin over a full, making the condo perfect for up to 5 people. The gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living/dining area in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. There is balcony for you to step out onto and enjoy the clean mountain air.

Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. This resort also has an on site Mexican restaurant for that end of day margarita.

The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski/bike rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the Blue River and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on your Breckenridge vacation, and more!

Great Snowboarding Trip

As advertised, walking distance to Ski Lifts, restaurants, and shops . Property management had a clear check in process and was very responsive. The property was plenty of room, as the pictures showed. Would be happy to recommend and stay again on our next trip to Breck.

So homey and cozy! We loved it and plan to be back when returning to the area! Great location! Parking is in a garage and not outside which is perfect for when it is snowing. Mi casa Mexican restaurant on main floor is delicious!!! Perfect!

Pictures really tell a different story. The loft is very cramped. Think of this as a studio with three beds. Kitchen was good. Location is excellent.

Reviewer Comments: The living space in this place was updated and wonderful; the sleeping arrangements were cramped quarters but not the most comfortable. Good for the price. The location was great for not having to leave to see the town and pay for parking in downtown.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location at the top of main street was great. The condo had been mostly remodeled. A few things were adequate. The A/C did not work. Normally, that wasn't a problem except in the late afternoon when the sun shined on the large front windows. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bath made such a terrible noise that I thought it would explode if I used it. Also, same bathroom the stopper in the sink did not work. There was no one at the condo when we arrived. A person in one of the shops in the building showed us how to get to our room. Bottom line, well worth the money.
