You can rent our beautiful Timeshare Studio in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.

You can't get any closer to the Gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio with all the amenities you could ask for. And everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, visitor center, gondola, hiking trails, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car.

Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, Queen bed, dining table, security safe, fast wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.

There is free Washer & Dryer use down the hallway. There is also a large Fitness room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa. Please note, there is no cleaning or linen service provided during your stay.

You can't beat the accommodations, location, and amenities of this beautiful resort!

The unit is strictly limited to 2 adults maximum.

This will surely be one of your most enjoyable vacations!

Please Note: If your dates overlap from a Thursday night to Friday night, you can see if one of our other studio units are available.

** PARKING: Valet parking is available for $45 / day (payable to the Front Desk). Enter the circular driveway (off of Heavenly Village Way). There is also other nearby parking available if you prefer. The "Heavenly Village Garage" (behind Marriott) has parking for $25/day and $5/nt (depending on time of year). Payments can be made on your phone. You can check this and other parking options on the internet.

** CANCELLATION POLICY: Please see the cancel policy shown when booking. Note: We do NOT provide exceptions due to: road closures, flight cancellations, illness, hurricanes, weather conditions, or air quality due to forest fires. We encourage purchasing travel insurance from a third party (for example: InsureMyTrip). Changing or shortening dates requires a cancellation unless agreed to by the owner.

** AMENITIES: Due to changing weather conditions, or repairs and upgrades that may be in progress, certain amenities may be closed at the time of your stay. There is no way to predict this ahead of time as things change. Please note: We do NOT provide refunds for amenities that are temporarily unavailable.
