on Départementale 27 half-timbered house fully restored with sea views comfortable including upstairs 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the other 2 single beds. and on the ground floor sofa bed 2p in the living room, large fireplace with a little wood provided, bathroom, separate WC, washing machine, dishwasher (cleaning products provided) fridge / freezer TV garden furniture, barbecue garden 700 m2 fully enclosed.

Nice Location

We stayed a week in this beautifull old house. The owners welcomed us warmly and gave us all information we needed. The street nearby the house is a main street, which has permantly traffic in daytime. We didnt care about that, but if you do, this is nothing for you. From this locations you can easily travel to all touristic attractions. Thank you for this beautifull week.

Chambres propres et état général impeccable -accepte 1 animal de compagnie - hôte à l’écoute de vos questions ou suggestions pour rendre votre séjour agréable - ancienne forge bien restaurée - bien situé le long d’une route départementale mais les doubles vitrages isolent bien pour le bruit - proche de la station balnéaire de Cabourg.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen sehr freundlichen Empfang bereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ehepaar war sehr gut.Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen.Etwas schwierig gestalteten sich die Hundespaziergänge, da man vor dem Grundstück eine stark befahrene Strasse überqueren muss und dann auch an Strassen entlang läuft.

Das Haus ist ein Traum, gemütlich und atmosphärisch, toll! Die Vermieter total herzlich und nett. Von dort aus sind jede Menge reizvolle Ausflugsziele bestens erreichbar. Leider liegt das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße, das ist leider sehr laut.

Schönes Häuschen mit herrlichem Garten

Das Haus war sehr urig und ansprechend, für unseren Hund war der völlig umzäunte Garten super. Rundum ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Abwertung aber für die harten Matratzen und die zu dünnen Bettdecken (im Herbst/Winter lieber was Warmes von zu Hause mitbringen!) . Die Rattansessel im Wohnzimmer sind wirklich nicht gemütlich und eher was für draußen.

Huis met verkeersweg

Het huis was prima de tuin ook maar de weg voor het huis was verschrikkelijk de hele dag en nacht druk verkeer Je bent overdag veel weg maar in de tuin zitten ging niet van de herrie het leek de a4 wel dit had in de advertentie gezet moeten worden
