The kitchen is outfitted in granite countertops. The rooftop deck is a great place to stargaze or enjoy a morning coffee. It boasts a full size, custom-tiled shower and spacious bathroom to complete this beautiful home. Located right outside of Alpine-2 minutes from downtown.
The Space:
This unique home started as a 40' shipping container. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap and trim it out with fine craftsmanship. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space.
