Office/Den - Plenty of laptop-friendly spaces to work or for family game night! There’s also a queen-sized sofa bed.

The Rooms – In the four bedrooms, you’ll find two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds. All rooms in this home also have their own smart TVs.

Outdoor - A large pool surrounded with plenty of seating, good lighting, a BBQ grill, and fenced backyard create the perfect place to unwind under the Florida sun.

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ ironing board.

TERMS OF LEASE:

- All leases shall be for a minimum term of 6 months
- Copies of all rental leases will be provided to the Homeowners Association upon execution

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN:

We are committed to providing renters with a clean, sanitary place to stay. We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing the property before and after occupancy with additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.

HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150).

- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.

- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed.

- Minimum age for rental is 25.
