The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful seaside & pet friendly cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a firepit. The cottage features one queen-sized bed, two single beds and a floor mattress providing comfortable accommodation for 4 to 5 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals using fresh produce from the local farmers' markets, and the dining area offers beautiful views of the water and hills. High-speed Wi-Fi can enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on Netflix to relax and unwind. The cottage also features a modern bathroom with a shower and all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable.

With direct access to the beach, just simply stroll along the shoreline at any time. With outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a swing chair, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views, the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water.

The surrounding area is home to some of Tasmania's best wineries, walking trails, and beaches, making it the perfect base for exploring all that this beautiful region has to offer. Take a short drive to the nearby town of Kingston and enjoy a range of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The popular attractions of Hobart, including the Salamanca Markets and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), same as Hobart CBD are also just a short drive away.

**If you wish to use our kayak, please ensure that you are proficient in its use; otherwise, there may be a serious risk.

**If you do not know how to use the kayaks, please refrain from using them. Guests are responsible for their own actions, and we are not liable for any safety-related issues arising from a guest's behavior.**

We love animals and welcome you to travel with them, but their behavior must be under control at all times. Any damages caused will result in additional fines, Thank you for your cooperation.
