Great Stay!

This is a great house to rent for our daughter's graduation from York College. It's clean, has a ton of space and the backyard is second to none. We were able to use the space to relax and spend time with family.

Nice stay

We had a great time during our stay. The home is very spacious and gave plenty of room for the family. I would caution - no matter where you come in, you will need to do stairs to get to a full bathroom. I would recommend the property.

The home was beautiful and well kept. The backyard was gorgeous. Some issues with the HVAC and Fire Stick but the PM went over and above to help. Would stay here again for sure!

Memorial Day Weekend

Stayed Memorial Day weekend with our grown children and 5 year old grandchild. Plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful backyard oasis for grilling and spending time together. Great time exploring the garden paths.

Nice place

It was a very nice home. If you have littles then you might not want to stay here lots of glass. We had some minor issues towards the end of our stay Lisa took care of them the best she could. I would stay here again.

This house is absolutely amazing! The back yard is the PERFECT place to "hang out" and enjoy family time. But even if the weather was not good, the interior of the house has plenty of room and separate spaces for people to gather. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and downtown York.

Thankyou for sharing your home with us. We had an awesome time this weekend - we got snow!! Your home was perfect for our family - having bedrooms on three different levels was perfect for myself and my grown children and their children to spread out. Lisa was very kind and quick to respond. If we are back next year for a hockey tournament we would defintely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend!

We needed a house to stay for a family member’s wedding just up the road in York. With two young children, it’s hard to find a good rental home. This house has everything you need. The backyard is incredible and we played with the yard games and checked out all the unique backyard hideaways. The house is large and gave everyone a bedroom that needed one. The house was clean and organized and welcoming. We would highly recommend this home if you are in need of a good rental in this area!
