Spacious House Highland Place Avonhead
Set in beautiful Avonhead. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, scenic, safe and quiet environment. Spacious and you will enjoy!
Walking distance to Avonhead mall, supermarket, public bus transport, stavely market shops
There is easy access from the Airport to Riccarton Mall and the City as our house is only a couple minutes walk from a major bus route (purple line). We are within good distance of the airport, Canterbury University and Christchurch Hospital.

Feel welcome to enjoy our lounge, kitchen, dining and sunroom. We are set up with TV, netflix and washing machine and dryer.
4 bedroom, 1 conservatory/office family home on quiet street. Double external garage, private backyard and fully fenced.

You'll have access to the whole house and garage.
