The space
The property is comprised of 3 spacious indoor components, the main Homestead, the Cottage and Activities Shed. There are also multiple outdoor areas to enjoy including covered patios, firepit and outdoor games.

The price on the reservation is for up to 16 people, and includes the entire property, except for the family room.

Uncharted Stays Review

We had a lovely time staying at Uncharted Stays. David was very friendly, helpful and accomodated our needs. The property was well maintained and very family friendly with a variety of activities for the kids to do onsite. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Team Getaway Location!

Our team loved our stay at the Nest - we had 13 of us staying at the property for our staff getaway. The property is beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of our sessions/workshops/meals. The location is so convenient - close to local shops and dining options. To top it off, David was a fantastic host. So helpful & accomodating of our group. We will hopefully get to stay here again soon!

We fell in love with this property from the moment we first saw it! The wide open spaces, the feeling of peace, tranquillity and privacy sold us, and the kids took off running and exploring immediately!

What makes this property unique

Anybody looking to spend time away from it all in a secluded property specifically setup for entertaining a large group, will love the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, while being a short drive from shops, and some of the best wineries and restaurants that Hunter Valley wine region has to offer!
