On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, beachy tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a bathtub/shower combo plus twin basins. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Two further Guest Bedrooms each feature a King Size Bed plus Smart TV for streaming. The Fourth Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed plus Smart TV. On stepping out through the door to the fenced private garden/deck area, the pool, spa and deck area is oversized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine or sitting quietly with a good book whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. The home is also equipped with a flat top gas grill, portable bar and refrigerator for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Casa Di Sereno is the perfect choice for guests seeking a sophisticated private residence, combined with a superb centrally located neighborhood.

Please note a vehicle is stored in the garage so there is not room for a second vehicle in the garage. Guests can walk through the garage to access the home but cannot park their vehicle in there as the stored vehicle is large.

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed this home. It was lovely, quite comfortable, and very inviting. The home is fully equipped for your needs, the rooms are spacious and cozy. The home furnishings and beds are comfortable and plentiful. The outdoor space is the best and our family spent many hours enjoying the pool and spa. The neighborhhod is serene and close to stores and restaurants. Owner is very friendly and communication was great. Highly recommend. We will book again in the future :)
