This is a beautiful location for a time of rest and recreation. The home is pleasant, warm, and fully equipped with opportunities for fun and enjoyment. We especially enjoyed the water activities and the hot tub, though the game room is really fun as well. Our family time here was blessed, enjoyable, and it provided many opportunities to make lasting memories. We highly recommend this place to you and you family.

We had a fantastic time. The weather was wonderful. We had a great time on and off the water. What a great game room. We played loads of ping pong and shuffle board. We got great use out of the screened in porch where we ate dinner each night and had many card games. We even saw a couple of shooting stars while we were there. We will definitely be coming back!

Our family loved visiting Lake Gaston and staying in this beautiful home. We visit annually and are happy to say that this location has been our favorite of any trip we've taken. This is a wonderful place for a big family! The views, boating, fishing, swimming, games, the list goes on and on. The home and game room was super clean, easy to get to and the amenities were endless. There were plenty of blankets, board games, beds and water vessels that were great for all ages. Fantastic Vacation Location

The property has everything! It was clean, well stocked with products, games, blankets, water sports, etc. there was nothing we needed but to have a great time. We had a mini family reunion with ages 4-60 and everyone had a great time.

Awesome Lake House

This lake house is just perfect! The views of Lake Gaston area were awesome and the house is literally on the water. The water equipment and screen porch and other sitting areas are so nice. The inside of the house is a "home" and is super clean and well kept. The coffee bar was amazing!

We loved every minute at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed all of the many outdoor spaces with shuffleboard, horseshoes, the hot tub and the awesome game room. The multi-level deck and screen porch provided many wonderful spaces to sit and enjoy the fantastic view. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed.We rented a pontoon boat, and it was very nice to be able to keep it in the extra slip on the dock. It was a tight squeeze to make it under the bridge to the main part of the lake, we had about 4-5 inches to spare on either side, but we made it though without issue.Overall this was an amazing place to stay and we hope to return again soon.

Wonderful place!

Our family had at great time! The dock was perfect for docking our boat. There was lots to do; we enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, horseshoes, shuffleboard , the hot tub, and just drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. It was a great location on the lake too for wakeboarding and skiiing! There was lots of shade and plenty of seating! The house was very nice and the screened in porch perfect when the mosquitos came out in the evening! Hope to be able to come back and stay longer!!

Amazing Lake Weekend with friends

Cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. We brought our boat and had an absolute blast at this lake Gaston home. The property manager was very helpful with our questions. The house is gorgeous with multiple different outdoor hangout spaces, kitchen is wonderfully equipped, ate all of our meals on the gorgeous screened in deck and enjoyed great wakeboarding water all weekend long! They even have a portable crib available for little ones and our younger kids loved the bunk room! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! Would love to come back soon!

Wonderful Family Lake House!

The house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation -- We had plenty of space for everyone, with all the "kids" in the basement and couples getting the upstairs bedrooms. Having access to the kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and the large water was wonderful, and we supplemented with some tubes of our own. What a beautiful multi-level dock and gazebo! The game cabin was also great to have, and we made frequent use of the ping pong table. The homeowners were super-friendly and very accessible by text/phone to answer any questions. It's definitely a very quiet/rural area, so if you're looking for lots of nearby excursions, stores/shops, etc., this isn't the town. However, we wanted a quieter area and a house set-up where the lake and enjoying family at a comfortable rental WAS the primary thing to do. Mission accomplished! Highly recommended!

Our stay

This was one of the best equipped vacation rentals I've ever stayed in; stainless cookware in the kitchen, a propane grill, a pellet smoker, kayaks, standup paddleboards, and a ping pong table to name just a few of the stocked amenities. The host was also super helpful.. we ran out of propane at 930 at night and he responded within 5 minutes with the location of a second tank of propane. There is one bridge in between the property and the main lake for boating that is pretty tight but we made it in a very large boat. Just make sure to put out fenders and go slow. The cove that the house is located on is ideal for swimming and boating; deep water but not busy. After renting several different houses on Lake Gaston in the past we will definitely be returning to this one.
