The house was adequate overall. It’s an older Vermont-style home with no bells and whistles, and much of the furniture appears thrifted. The location is a major plus—centrally located in Ludlow and only a five-minute drive to the mountain. While the Moover stop is just two houses down, it doesn’t run during the week, and the ride to the mountain takes about 45 minutes (though only 10 minutes on the return).We reached out twice via text about issues but did not receive a response. The biggest concern was the hot water heater—there is only enough hot water for two consecutive showers, and then you need to wait about an hour. There also isn’t enough hot water to fill the soaker tub.Rokus are provided for the TVs, which was convenient, though we used our own Fire Stick. The family room TV is quite small; we had to move it closer to the seating and it was still difficult to see. The kitchen could also use additional silverware. Overall, the location is great, but several comfort and maintenance issues need to be addressed.For the price, it is adequate.
