This charming 3 bedroom two storey house is full of warmth and character. This is the house to have a traditional Australian beach holiday or get away. With water views from the house, it truely is only a 2 minute walk from the stunning Pumicestone Passage. Whether you want to walk, swim, ride, paddle, relax or simply take in the sunrise and views over the Passage, this location gives you every option.

Upstairs can be accessed with stairs on either side of the house. Upstairs has the three bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom and toilet. Downstairs has double garage, games area with table tennis, lounge room with smart tv and toilet.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

From here you can walk or drive to the Golden Beach shopping for coffee, cake, cafes, groceries and restaurants, or the opposite direction to Caloundra city central and Bullock Beach. We are on the bus route if you want to catch the bus to go into Caloundra, or locations further afield.

The house has a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a large traditional hills hoist clothes line in the back yard. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

All linen, pillows, towels, beach towels are provided as part of your stay with us.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
If you want to be more active we have 2 bicycles (& helmets) and esky, beach toys for the children, boogie boards and a surf board.

So whether you want to sit, relax and take in the beauty of the house and area, or be active and use our bicycles, etc it all awaits you here at Golden Beach

You have the entire house, garage, yard for your use and enjoyment.
