Sunridge C1 is a deluxe-rated, multi-level unit with three steps to enter,

offering internet access and accommodating up to ten guests. This unit is not

pet-friendly. In the main living area, you'll find a living room with a flat-

screen TV and a powder room. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is

not available for guest use. The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast

bar with three stools, and the dining table seats six. The first bedroom on

the main level features a queen bed and a full bath.



Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and a full bath. The third

bedroom includes a queen bed and a day bed/trundle. The loft area features a

queen sleep sofa, a TV, and they share a full bath. There is no gas grill

available for guest use.



This unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the slopes,

weather permitting.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball

courts. No access to community pool. In addition, all condo guests are welcome

to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
