While this place is very convenient, it is close to a road and next to a tyre fitter. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping there at all.

Close to everything
We enjoyed being a short walk to the shops bars and restaurants. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the evening sun. Thanks for a great stay in motueka.
