Bland Bay Bach

A traditional family bach with stunning sea views.

Situated just over an hour north east of Whangarei the bach is on the corner of a small cul-de-sac. It has a walkway providing a short, 100m, two minute walk to the ocean and large reserve.

All the living is upstairs which boasts fabulous views of both the ocean and harbor, the east facing deck has a ranch slider that opens up to the ocean views so you can enjoy your morning coffee basking in sunlight.

Upstairs is open plan, with a practical kitchen, dishwasher, dining and lounge area, a corner snug has been set up for children to play.

Downstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room (bunk room does not fully close off, it is separated by a curtain), there is an additional queen bed in the single, internal access garage.

Outside is a utility room with a separate shower, toilet and laundry. It also has a fish fileting station adjoining it.

The section is fully fenced, large and flat, perfect for a game of kubb or back yard cricket and room to park the boat.

The house has been set up for several families to be able to stay together, enjoy each others company and share this special location.

Bland bay's beauty is part of its seclusion and it offers the quintessential kiwi beach holiday. The the nearest store is 25 minutes away at Oakura bay or 35 minutes to Russell. It is important to take everything you require with you before you leave.

Explore the local area, it has fabulous fishing, diving and great surf beaches. Sage restaurant at Paroa bay winery has fabulous food and the bay of islands is only 40 minutes away.

Linen, towels and T towels are not provided and you are required to leave the property as you found it. This includes doing the dishes, cleaning the property before you depart and removing any rubbish.

Small pets are permitted.
