A peaceful retreat nestled on the banks of the Margaret River

Unwind in our private guesthouse, and enjoy the serenity and peace that surrounds you. Just 4 minutes drive from the town, and a 10 minute drive to the beach, you can easily indulge in all the local delights, and enjoy the perfect harmony of convenience, relaxation, privacy and nature.

RiverCabana Guesthouse is situated on 8 acres of private land on the banks of picturesque Margaret river, overlooking the Wooditjup national forest. You can experience being close to wildlife and scenery, plus the convenience of being 2km to the main street and shops, whilst being close to beaches, wineries and other local attractions.
Our guesthouse is rustic, cozy and quaint, with two ensuites, outdoor lounge setting and a kitchen facility.

Here are the descriptive details of our accommodation:

Rammed earth building, totally separated from the main (host's) house.

The en-suite has a tv with an in-built dvd player and HDMI cables with an android and an apple adapters to connect with your devices (phone, computer etc) to watch anything online you choose.
Some dvds are supplied, along with books and board games.
The kitchen facility is not connected to bedroom through a door. You need to go to the kitchen facility through the veranda.

*SUMMER PERIOD: Fans in each bedroom.
*WINTER PERIOD: Oil heater in the bedrooms and in the kitchen facility room are provided. Heating lamps in the bathrooms, electric blankets on the beds. Extra blankets, outdoor blankets and an outdoor gas heater in the veranda.

* SWIMMING POOL: It is our family pool. Guests are welcome to use it at anytime.
The swimming pool is heated by a solar system. The warmest times for the
pool water reach its best temperature is usually from November until
March.

*** We do not usually use the pool when guests are using it, so it means you will
have the swimming pool to yourself.***

Home freshly baked bread, full cream milk. Also supplied butter, jam, different types of tea, ground and instant coffee, chocolate powder, sugar, salt, pepper, water filter and a jug of home grown herbs if requested.
Flowers in season in each bedroom and local maps with personal suggestions for you to make the most of your visit to the area.

*Free Wi-Fi is available.

WHAT WE ARE SURE TO OFFER TO OUR GUESTS:
*Total privacy. Bedrooms face our orchid and a national park .
The space, the view is totally yours. NOTE: Swimming pool is our
family pool, although guests are welcome to use it at anytime.
