Great location close to the zoo

We just had a quick overnight stay. It was great- close to the zoo and easy access to the small grocery store nearby. House was clean and comfortable.

Pros: The property was excellent, clean, and well maintained.Cons: The host was unreliable and unresponsive. The access code was not provided as promised and was only sent after we chased the host. While we were standing at the property, the host sent an alarming message stating that the property was not available, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Only after this did he allow us to check in.This level of communication is unacceptable and completely overshadowed an otherwise good property.
