Our modern heritage home makes a great place for exploring Sydney. You are in the heart of the historical Rocks location with easy transport options all over Sydney. The property has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The lounge is perfect to unwind in after a busy day exploring or alternatively the terrace area is great to enjoy the cityscape views without the hustle and bustle. Our kitchen is modern and fully equip with everything you need whilst away from home.
You will have the exclusive use of the property.
The property is in a great location to explore The Rocks. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and if you want to stay in we have a full kitchen to cook.
I am not onsite but will be available through messaging or phone call. If you need any help or advise on Sydney or Australia i`m always happy to help.
The Rocks area is a great place when visiting Sydney. You will have ample of bars, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. You will be less than 10 minutes walk to Circular Quay where you can get trains, buses, ferries and the light rail to take you all over Sydney and New South Wales. There are multiple museums and art gallery’s to keep you entertained not to mention the amount of attractions such as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge a small stroll away.
You can either walk to most places in Sydney;s CBD or alternatively, Circular Quay is less than 10mins walk away where you can access buses, trains, ferries and light rail to take you around. Please leave the house tidy and as you found it.

Stephanie is an excellent host! Was very courteous, helpful and prompt in responding. The townhouse is very clean and the location is excellent. Upstairs bathroom is very small but we managed. No cutlery so we purchased disposable at nearby Ezymart. We had a comfortable stay and recommend this accommodation if you’re coming to Sydney.
This property is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. One member of our party has trouble climbing stairs. Nowhere in the property description does it explain that the apartment is on the second floor of a building. Tenants must climb two flights of stairs to get to the front door. Another flight of stairs inside to get to the kitchen, with the lounge on the first level, guests must continually navigate the stairs to have drinks or snacks. For the guest with limited mobility, accessing the patio was a non-starter. Had to use Uber/taxi to get to Pubs/restaurants as it was over 210 steps (yes - I counted them) to get from the flat down to the main food/shopping precienct. The flat was more spartan and dated than it appears in the photos. Not a functional deficit but disappointing. Hosts did not respond to my messages about the stairs and accessibility.
This townhouse is so close to The Rocks, Harbour bridge, Circular Quay, CBD, etc. The beds & pillows were really comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor area, and more spacious than we expected being in such a great location. Easy check in and check out and excellent communication with Stephanie. Could do with a thorough clean of fans, walls, doors, vents, everything else was great.
Could do with a little maintenance. Fan in upstairs bedroom did not work. Lock on patio door was hanging off. We tried to fix it but not possible without tools
The property is in excellent location to discover Sydney . Walking distance to CBD attractions & Circular Quay. The house is pleasantly styled , and has ceiling fans in every room , which is very handy to deal with Sydney’s stifling humidity. The house has no aircon . It has portable electric heaters in each room.
All 3 bedrooms are specious , and nicely fitted. . The kitchen is upstairs and has new appliances. Although the house accommodates 6 people , there is insufficient cups , glasses cutlery for all .
The property manager , Stephanie is excellent, always quickly responding & helpful .
