Spring Break

My 2 boys loved the property! They loved the outside play area and the workout room downstairs. We all loved the fantastic views of the Mogollon Rim and the large deck area for relaxing with coffee in morning or a drink in late afternoon. We used the barbecue and it worked great. All appliances worked well and I appreciated the good size trash bin in kitchen as we weren’t forced to dump it the whole 3 days we were there! Beds were comfy, showers worked well. Thank u!

Paradise in the mountains!

Beautiful property with fabulous views! Everything you want in a vacation rental. The house is beautifully furnished and has every amenity you can think of. Will go back!

Beautiful location, great for kids!

This home was so easy to get to, close to town, but far enough from central Payson and high up enough that you got beautiful mountain views and the feeling of being in the woods. The playground on the property was sturdy and so much fun for the kids. The home is clean and provides a large porch that wraps around. The owner of the property is nearby, in the house next door, and was kind and helpful. Overall a great stay!
