High speed internet and separate work space make this home the perfect place to mix a lot of fun with a little work. There is ample parking for boat and car on the property, and additional parking available on the street. Only 5 minutes from quaint downtown Bracebridge and 15 minutes from public beaches and boat launches, this property has everything you need for a relaxing fun filled stay in Muskoka. (please note that the maximum stay is limited to 28 days).

This neighbourhood is close to everything. Lakes, parks, beaches, boat ramps, downtown Bracebridge, big convenience stores, safe quiet streets for walking and biking.
What makes this property unique
The large deck is my favourite area of the house. It is a quiet location and the forest and golf course boarding the property gives it a country feel even though in the city. Each bedroom has the convince of it's own ensuite. Parking is never a hassle. The drive is wide and easily able to accommodate both a boat trailer and vehicle. Please note that the maximum number of days to book is limited to 28.
