With its prime location on North Topsail’s expansive beaches, this renovated haven offers two oceanfront decks and two sound view decks where you can unwind and immerse yourself in the tranquil coastal ambiance.

Mermaid Cove offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 6 people. Bed sizes include 1 King and 2 Queen beds. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
