Thank you so much for this kind review and we are truly sorry the elevator was out of service for your entire stay. With little ones and a family member with a bad foot, navigating three flights of stairs is not just inconvenient it significantly impacts the entire experience. You should have been informed before arrival so you could make the best decision for your family, and we sincerely apologize that did not happen. We are also sorry that the promised compensation was never delivered that is something we will be looking into and addressing directly. We hope you'll give us another chance in a home that is fully ready and waiting for you from the moment you arrive.

Renting a three-story home with an elevator only to have it remain out of service for the entirety of your stay with no resolution and inconsistent explanations each time you called is completely unacceptable. Navigating narrow stairs repeatedly to reach the kitchen, master bedroom, and main living area is not what you signed up for, and we completely understand your frustration. This falls far below the standard we hold ourselves to and we sincerely apologize. We are addressing both the elevator repair process and our communication consistency directly to ensure no future guest experiences the same. We are truly sorry this has affected your trust in us and we hope one day you'll give us another chance.
