It was great, owner did a fantastic job with questions as well as the property having everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting my family in Missouri.

We stayed to attend a conference for our church. The property manager was very responsive to our needs, she even called to check on us when there was a tornado in the area.
We had a party of 4 that stayed here. We arrived Saturday evening so we could attend the football game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The house was easy to find and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Cute little home in a beautiful safe neighborhood that has so much to offer for the kiddos and family! The entire area was just so friendly and inviting. The owners are amazing and we’re so attentive.
It fit out needs nicely. Super easy, no concerns with the other side of the duplex, nice yard for the dogs.

The worst part was the overwhelming smell, which was very smoky. Please update the listing photos to show the Landlord Special upgrades. Beds without mattress covers were not ideal. Recommend the company just sell the property and move on.

Short stay
The property met basic accommodation needs; however, it showed signs of significant wear and aging. Cleanliness was acceptable but could benefit from more thorough attention to detail. Given the rate, I anticipated a higher standard of upkeep. In retrospect, a stay at a similarly priced hotel might have offered a more updated and cleaner environment.

Overall pretty good, a little expensive for the age of the house and neighborhood. And it smelled of old cigarette smoke and mold.

Needs some work
Clearly the photos are from several years ago. The townhouse was in pretty poor condition and dirty. A deep cleaning, some new sheets, minor repairs and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way in making this place feel a lot nicer.

Stay in Lee's Summit
I was visiting family and this property met my need to have a central location for everyone to gather and visit. Enough seating in the house and the patio deck outside the kitchen was good too. Did not need all 3 of the bedrooms this time but it was nice to have them if needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies and dishes if needed. We ordered out more than cooking too much. It is a duplex but there were no problems with neighbors or parking. It was a very good stay and I would recommend this property for a family or for friends to meet.

Nice but could use some updates
Great location, nice quiet neighborhood. A lot of space. The living and dining room furniture are worn and a little dirty. The tall dining table wobbled quite a bit and at least one of the chairs was missing a rung and had no foot rest. There were noticeable cracks and discolorations on the ceiling. In one bedroom, neither outlet held a phone charging plug. The upstairs living area had a smoky smell, probably from the smoker kept on the deck. The deck and yard however were nice features.

To address the smoky smell from the smoker on the deck, we will take measures to minimize its impact on the upstairs living area, such as possibly relocating the smoker to a different area of the yard. Property is not as listed. We thought it was supposed to be 2500sq ft and ended up being about 1K. Bed had hair all in the sheets, the floors were dirty, there was foundation cracks everywhere in this property. The condo next to us was in and out all night and we ended up leaving early because of everything. Tried to contact the people who rent it out about the problems and got nothing back. Save yourself the time and money, this place is nowhere near what the listing says.

Immediately upon walking in a strong smell of mold hit us hard. I then noticed that the furniture and decor is absolutely not what’s shown in the listing. The listing also does not mention it’s a town house. Two of three beds looked like they had been slept in. One had dirt and body hair in it. The other one had a bodily fluid stain on the fitted sheet. Looked like someone sat down with out pants on. There’s cracks in the walls. Doors do not shut properly. Some doors don’t shut at all. The house smelled horrible. Hole in the wall that’s easily accessible for rodents. The coffee table is glass and NOT stable or safe at all. There was a closet down stairs full of random stuff (looked like trash). There was SEVERAL open containers of alcohol left out. In the living room on top of tv stand there was TWO open packs of razor blades. Easily accessible to our two yr old. Tried to contact host with no luck at all. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Kids feet was literally black. Doesn’t look like they have ever been mopped. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Only resolution offered to all these issues was owner coming to pick up razor blades that I had already disposed of.

Bedding is rotated between every guest without exception, and we follow strict cleaning protocols. We previously had an issue with the air vents, but we've since taken care of that.– Items like razors, alcohol, and the glass coffee table were removed during your stay to prioritize guest safety. We’ve also reviewed our handling procedures to prevent future confusion about where such items are stored.– The downstairs closet contained extra items for the property and was intended to remain locked. It has since been secured, and we’re also addressing wall cracks and door function to keep everything safe and in good condition. The home is sealed and remains on a routine pest prevention plan.– We personally manage this single-unit property with care and attention. Over the years, we’ve continued updating the furniture, décor, and cleaning teams to maintain high standards and continually improve the guest experience. We’re also scheduling a new photoshoot to capture these updates accurately for future guests.– We’re actively improving our communication to ensure guests receive timely and effective help when it matters most.Thanks for sharing your thoughts. While we welcome constructive feedback, we want future guests to know that the home is being managed with care and pride.
There were so many problems with this place. First of all, the pictures in VRBO did not match some of the furniture that was there. The couch was an older sectional count and very dirty. The home was very dirty and had a damp moisture odor when you come in the door which smelled like mold. The bedroom downstairs had a long hole in the wall with a blanket or some kind of material stuck in it to close it off hole. The air vent was terribly filthy and the bedroom smelled of mold. I have allergies and neuropathy in my leg and don't do stairs well, and was hoping to sleep downstairs, but could not under those conditions. The upstairs beds were covered with a bedspread to look good but when we pulled the covers back, the sheets were rustled and looked like someone had slept in both beds. The sheets had some little black pieces on the bed indicating that they were likely dirty. I contacted the owner and left a message but my call was never returned. I then contacted Evolve and explained the situation. This place was so awful we could not stay there so we left. I felt misled and had to find another place to stay for my trip.I have to mention that I have stayed in a number of places through VRBO and preferred vacation homes over hotels, and every place was clean and depicted the pictures provided on the cite.
