Peaceful Garden Suite in Beautiful Lynn Valley

Relax in a peaceful suite surrounded by nature in the picturesque Lynn Valley neighborhood of North Vancouver. With a private entrance, a green patio, and a spacious interior, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains, forests, and attractions of Vancouver.

Welcome to a comfortable guest space located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of North Vancouver. It’s an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature while still having easy access to the city.

The suite offers about 1000 square feet of comfortable living space and has a private entrance from the garden, providing both privacy and convenience. Guests can enjoy a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

There is also a private, intimate patio, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and a coffee machine, while the living room includes a 55” TV with access to popular streaming platforms, along with books and games. The bedroom has a 40” Smart TV, a large closet, and a safe. For additional comfort, we provide toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and a washer–dryer.

The property is located just minutes from Lynn Canyon Park, where you can explore beautiful forest trails, waterfalls, and the famous suspension bridge. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby mountains, Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour, which offer excellent skiing in winter and spectacular hiking and views in the summer.

Downtown Vancouver is approximately 25 minutes by car or about 50 minutes by public transit. Within a short walk, you’ll also find Lynn Valley Centre, with cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Guests have access to a private entrance, convenient self-check-in using a keypad, and one complimentary parking space in front of the house.

We live on the upper floor of the home, above the guest suite, and we have two friendly dogs. We do our best to keep the environment peaceful and comfortable for our guests, although occasional light sounds from upstairs may sometimes be heard. If you enjoy animals, you will likely feel very comfortable here. However, if even small sounds from above could be disturbing, we kindly ask that you consider this before booking.

Absolutely lovely setup in a quiet part of North Vancouver. Everything was well looked after and clean. Enjoyed the ample amenities provided by Sylwia and Jarek. If we are ever back in the area I would definitely book again.

Family Home was a wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful suite in a beautiful location, very private and very comfortable. Our host Sylwia had prepared for us to feel welcome and comfortable and we were. She also went above and beyond to help us when we needed a bit of help. She is an excellent host.

This is a lovely lower level apartment. Owners live upstairs. Very clean and welcoming. Great location to hikes and North and downtown Vancouver. Only drawback is that you can hear everything upstairs - footsteps, talking, tv and dogs barking.

However, I do want to mention that our listing clearly states that this is a lower-level suite, that we live on the upper floor, and that we have two dogs. While we always do our best to provide our guests with a comfortable and peaceful stay, there are occasions when the dogs may bark, or normal household sounds can be heard. For guests who require complete silence, this may not be the most suitable accommodation, and I would encourage them to take this into consideration before booking.

Sylvia was great, and we had a nice stay there. The dogs were not a bother at all, and I don’t like a lot of noises. They barked slightly sometimes when arriving back, but they were just doing their job. She had an assortment of snacks there for her guest, and literature for local activities. I highly recommend staying there. If we ever come back to Vancouver we would stay here again. If I had anything negative to say it would be the bed is getting slightly tired (a little lumpy). This wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

I absolutely loved my stay here! From the very first day, the space felt incredibly safe and cozy, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Lovely little downstairs flat. Had everything we needed for a week's stay. Close to shops and cafes and on bus routes. Host was lovely and left us some welcome snacks and bubble. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
