Situated on a corner lot with no rear neighbors, overlooking a conservation area. Beautifully paved lanai with smart tv and enclosed heated pool and spa are just where you want to be! This up to date home features 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. First floor bedroom features Queen bed and TV. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor: Queen with TV, full and twin with tv , pyramid bunk with full and twin in final bedroom. A loveseat has also been added to the upstairs queen for additional seating. This home features all the luxuries of home to include fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Family board games, air hockey table, Golden Tee golf, pool toys, pack and play, stroller and high chair. Easy highway access and close to Orlando, this property is sure to suit all your needs.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. Excellent stay

Family of four (kids 5 & 9) loved our stay! House and pool were very clean. Loved the Sonos system for playing music indoor and outdoor, was a bonus feature. Outdoor tv was nice for the kids when they needed to get out of the sun for a bit! Watersong Resort is a great, quiet, and safe gated community.

This house has everything you need. The outside livingroom is wonderful. I love that all bedrooms have its own bathroom. The house is spotless and well taken care of. I also cannot say enough about Jennifer, the property manager, she is amazing and answers all questions when emailed. Thank you again

Very impressed other than the pool area, it was dirty and had mildew. Other than that we were pleased, had a quick response too the pool alarm.

Very nice home that is located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and spa were great along with a view of the outside tv. The kitchen was well equipped. Only a few things that I would suggest is have a king size bed in one of the bedrooms and the alarm to the patio door needs to be different. If you did not hit a button before opening the door just getting it to shut just right the alarm would go off.

Fantastic family memories

One of the best management companies I've worked with. Arrived late Christmas Day after a long day. They offered a grocery service so we had snacks, soda, water, along with milk and cereal for breakfast the next morning at the house which was wonderful. We had an issue with the pool heat and they sent out someone to check it out and when he couldn't identify the problem the owner was able to correct the issue remotely. Great house with plenty of room. Loved the pool and the game room was a blast! Quite and very nice neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful time and cherished memories.
