Welcome to Caribbean Dunes 214 in Destin, FL! This stunning condo offers a modern and completely renovated living space, nestled near the serene Crystal Beach. Known for its tranquil ambiance and a delightful public bike and running trail, this low-traffic area is perfect for those seeking a laid-back coastal retreat.

Step inside and be greeted by a comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The condo features a cook's kitchen, complete with bar seating and a table and chairs for enjoying delicious meals with loved ones.

Restful nights await you in the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with memory foam mattresses and a streaming TV for your entertainment. Both the main bedroom and the loft area bedroom boasts a king bed ensuring a peaceful slumber.

Caribbean Dunes presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the large pool, conveniently located within the complex, or unwind in the inviting hot tub nearby. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great location to attractions, shopping and beach access. Nice view of the gulf. The pool was never crowded and it was clean. Family friendly. We had an issue with a door handle, communication with the property management was quick and easy and they sent someone out the same day. Would recommend this rental property.

Five stars for comfort, class, and location!

I’ve had experiences where I rented a property that did not look like the pictures, so I was a bit reserved about what we would get when we arrived since this space has a bit of that “too good to be true vibe.” I was pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as pictured—from the spacious kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms and comfortable master bed, everything was excellent! While the weather did not cooperate with our stay, the patio space offered a lovely opportunity to “be at the beach” without fighting with the wind. I honestly could go on and on about all the details of the space because we loved it that much. We have already recommended it to others. We plan to stay here again as soon as we decide when we are coming back to Destin.

Awesome condo!

Our family has stayed in several condos at Carribean Dunes, and this one was our favorite by far! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys kept asking if we can stay at this condo the next time we come. It is very clean, updated, and has a great balcony/view of the gulf. We plan to stay here again when we come to Crystal Beach!

Simply wonderful

Wonderful quiet location with 1 min beach access, 2 min to shopping and restaurants. So clean. Beach does not attract party groups since alcohol is not allowed, neither are dogs roaming free. Crystal Clear turquoise water! We have been coming here for many years and this unit is our favorite 🤩

We enjoyed our stay at Becky's apartment. The location is great - very close to a couple of beaches, 5 minutes from Publix. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All communications with the host were prompt. Great stay all around.

Nicely furnished and close to the beach.

We booked this condo for a last minute fall break trip. We were so happy with this rental. All the small details were taken care of and it is has been recently updated. The beds were comfortable and the teenagers loved the loft space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
