HiI just wanted to get in touch with some feedback about the property that we have rented this week.We did send a message to the phone number that told us to put bins out and told us what time to pick the keys up. That person didn’t even have the decency to reply to us. 1. The fridge is disgusting. It stinks! It needs to be aired out. All of the food that we have put in it this week has been left with the bad odour. 2. I was only able to cook one meal before the gas ran out. There should be a second gas bottle on hand for the amount of money we have paid to stay. 3. The shower drain is blocked and needs to be cleared out.4. The out side of the house needs a good clean for the amount that we have been charged. There are cobwebs all over the windows, you walk through the front and back door and there is dirt and cobwebs cause it hasn't been cleaned properly.4. The garage floor and the grassed area where the clothes line are need a good clean. Thanks for your consideration with these matters before the next person pays top dollar to stay at the premises.
