Master bedroom is furnished with a Cal King bed, large mirrored closets plus an en suite master bathroom with a walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closets. Main living space is equipped with a queen size sofa sleeper and a new 65 inch smart flat screen TV. Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wifi, stacked washer/dryer, a freshly updated kitchen with new appliances and a full size second bathroom. | This property boasts a beautiful 4th story peek-a-boo view of Avalon from the balcony. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Associations Rules and Regulations. A20 | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
