Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 18-69 Stunning Ocean Front 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with spectacular ocean and island views. Beautifully decorated with custom designed furnishings and artwork this spacious end villa is light and airy with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to relax in. French doors open onto the wrap around balcony from both the living space and the primary bedroom allowing the ocean breezes to flow throughout the villa. The living room sports a large screen TV with WI Fi throughout the unit. BBQ enthusiasts can enjoy the propane bbq on the patio deck while taking in the beautiful ocean views! Use of new concierge 6 person golf cart and full laundry room is included. Oh, and take a peek at the cool golf cart! Just 39 steps to the road and a total of 1246 SF. H1869 Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very nice and helped when it was needed. View from our Balcony was breathtaking. My grandson (6 yrs old) traveled with us and he is autistic, he truly found serenity in the view of the bay as he watched the boats sail in and out of the harbor in the morning and evening. The pool was clean and fun, but the beach was funner (is that a word?) nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful stay in Catalina! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite features was the balcony—we spent hours there reading, enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and simply taking in the beautiful views of the bay while watching the boats go by. It was the perfect place to unwind.Having the golf cart included was a huge bonus and made it incredibly easy to get to and from town whenever we wanted to explore. The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Catalina!

A beautiful condo just as described in the listing. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The beds were comfortable too! Our family of four adults was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a wonderful amenity and a must for anyone staying at Hamilton Cove Villas. We hope to visit again soon.

It’s all about the views!! Nicely furnished 2 bedroom with great outdoor balcony. Location is excellent away from the downtown area but only a short golf cart ride away. Hit the Vons when you arrive and pick up some groceries and beverages and just eat out on the balcony and watch the moon rise at night!!

What a view

Although weather didn’t cooperate, our stay was great. The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. The golf cart is a necessity as it’s too far to walk anywhere. The front door lock is tricky!!

Mediterranean Feel!

H1869 was absolutely perfect! We walked into the condo & immediately opened the blinds & thought we were on the coast of some country on the Mediterranean. We spent most of the time on the terrace soaking it all in until we got notification that Catalina was under evacuation because a hurricane was heading towards us. The management contacted us & said we would be reimbursed on the unused night. They were so easy to rent from. Definitely coming back to H1869, but next time for a week!

Excellent getaway

My husband and two sons and I stayed three nights. The decor was cute but the view was amazing! We felt like we were somewhere in the Mediterranean and not just an hour off of Los Angeles. Having access to the golf cart made it so easy to get around. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Nice Unit, Poorly Maintained

Unit is nice, great views. Lots of maintenance issues: hole in the guest bedroom wall; door handle on inside of guest bedroom totally inoperative (someonegot stuck inside!); same on guest bedroom door; range and oven would not fully heat; guest bedroom toilet handle stuck in down position; and for one hour, no water to both toilets, had to manually fill tanks; remotes to TV's worked only intermittently (new batteries?).
