When you’re ready to adventure, walk to the eateries on S Broadway or take a stroll through Harvard Gulch Park. You’re also 1 mile from DU Campus, and 15 minutes from Downtown!

The Space:

Talk about a beautiful Denver home! This modern, 3BR/4BA townhome features hardwood floors, ample natural light, tasteful and modern décor, and a private backyard with a large patio. Whip up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or grill out on the patio and enjoy the sunshine!

With two living room areas on the main floor and basement, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out and relax. Settle on the main floor couch to read a book and enjoy the views, or hop on down to the basement sectional for a family movie night. The home also has three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The master suite features an oversized walk-in closet and a private balcony.

If you’ll be working during your stay, there is a fully-equipped desk with a monitor and printer, plus three other desks in each bedroom! The laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the master bedroom, and houses new, front-loading washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire home and backyard, with ample parking on the street out front. Please note that the garage is not available for use.

The Neighborhood:
Rosedale offers a sparse urban feel and a fun, easygoing lifestyle. The neighborhood is walker and biker-friendly and circles one of Denver’s largest parks, Harvard Gulch Park which boasts a recreation center, grassy areas, trails, a swimming pool, and athletic fields. The home is located just a few block east of South Broadway, where you'll find the neighborhood's best eateries, bars, and shops! You’re also about a mile from South Pearl Street Farmers Market, and close to Washington Park and the DU campus where you’ll find lots of restaurants and places to adventure. Plus, you’re just a short drive from all downtown has to offer.

One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.

Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is North of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas. I-25 will bring you directly to Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to the nearby University, Ruby Hill, and Washington Park Neighborhoods, Cherry Creek and LoDo (Lower Downtown) are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
