My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this cute house that is conveniently located close to most major sites in St. Augustine and only a 12-minute ride to the beach. Perfect house for two-four people.

Beautiful cottage. Clean and well maintained. Space was just perfect for us. Had everything you could need including a spice rack and laundry detergent. Close to historic downtown St Augustine so walking to sites is easy.

Nice renovations to this house to make it a lovely place to stay. The house was very clean with linens provided. It was very convenient to the historic area and attractions. There are also some great restaurants close by. St. Augustine Fish Camp was my fave. It's not the typical fish camp that is only fried food. I'd recommend staying here.

The property was clean, had modern appliances and was stocked with the necessities plus some extras. The property owner communicated promptly. The property was in a quiet location that was also perfect for walking into downtown with no driving reqhired. Just up the street we rented a golf cart to get around. Great experience!

Everything was great. House was clean and decorated beautifully. House was just great for walking to the downtown area and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather (hurricane Milton) halted our trip after 24 hours. Owner and the rental agency contacted us about the evacuation. We will try again in spring. Thank you

Adorable Cottage in great location

Very cute, comfortable and clean cottage in great Lincolnville neighborhood. Just park and walk! Place was nicely decorated and well stocked with all the comforts of home. Best suited for a smaller party (maybe up to four) soley based on size of property. House was super clean. Very easy check-in and quick responses from property management/owner. No issues during stay, so fortunately no need for communication beyond check-in. Would return and recommend to others. Thanks for the great stay.
