Big section with plenty of room for tents or your boat.

There are two bedrooms in the bach, double bed in one and bunks plus fold out single in the other.

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge and a sleepout with a double bed.

The simplicity of a kiwi batch, with all necessities and no lavishness drew us to this place. Near to the beach but also not too close to encounter too much noise. The owner is kind and helpful. He went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great Getaway

2 families stayed here for a long weekend. Had everything we needed. Loved having the extra chairs provided. Great undercover deck for eating and kids playing. Big backyard. Washing machine if needed, clothes line. Close to the beach and supermarket.

You get what you pay for

Very relaxed, rustic bach. Would definitely go back. I’ve rated the cleanliness as lower but it’s hard to tell as the bach is pretty original. Great location, close to beaches and shops. Beautiful walk at low tide around estuary

Amazing time at classic kiwi batch

My partner, friends and I loved our stay at the batch. It has everything you need for an awesome kiwi summer. Lots of chairs, tables, gazebo, bbq, outdoor sink, games, HDMI for tv and all kitchen amenities. We had heaps of fun at the batch and going on daily excursions around the area. Greg was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend this place for its affordability, amenities, set up and location! Would love to come back with family or friends one day. Thanks Greg!
