Hi Tatis, First of all you booked for only 4 people for the whole house. I reached out to you to tell you we are strict on numbers booked because we charge based on numbers booked and told you absolutely no party allowed. I specifically told you if you wanted to party in the house, you should please cancel and book somewhere else. But the Vrbo cancelling fees is half off because you did last minute booking and I was willing and working with you to help resolve this but you decided to stay and I made an accommodation for you to have your family until 1am to celebrate new years. But when you checked in, you had only young people that came into the house and that wasn’t your parents as you had claimed. You guys had loud music in the house up till after 5am with over 25 people in the house. I got calls and messages from neighbours due to loud music and noise from in and outside of the house. I had to call you after 5am to turn the music down and tell people to leave the house because we DON’T ALLOW PARTIES in the house. You refused to follow the house rules and had over 20 guests in the house. Your guests went back into the house using the back door after I asked you to tell them to leave and you continued to party in the house. The CCTV camera captured everything. You were charged for the extra guests and for not following the house rules. You lied about everything and was uncooperative. Generally I had a bad experience with you and wouldn’t be renting to you in future.
