We stayed at this property for five nights recently, in the area for a family wedding. We found our accommodations a delightful respite from the events happening in and around Indianapolis. The house was everything we needed -- clean, comfortable, quiet, and in the country, although only minutes from Franklin. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect space for us to stay while in town for a horse show at Hoosier horse park. Comfy beds & a cute quiet space to come home to and relax. Close to quaint downtown full of food options and great coffee spots. Even an all gluten free coffee/cafe that was a hit! Definitely would stay here again!

Cute home in Frankin

We had a great two-night stay at this cute little home in Franklin. It’s in a quiet area, and close to everything. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

A Perfect Stay

The house was exactly what we hoped it would be - a perfect base for us while my teenage daughter attended a woodworking course at the Marc Adams woodworking school close by. The property was clean and comfortable and our host Amy was great. It is close to Franklin, which is a delightful town with everything we needed and some charming shops.

Quant and quiet

Far enough away for quiet but close enough to do anything you want.

Fine place to stay while attending class nearby.. beds weren’t the most comfortable and the sliding door between the bathroom and the bathroom sink wouldn’t open all the way and got jammed up. WiFi password didn’t work. Other than that it was fine

We stayed for 2 nights poor lighting outside ,weeds everywhere it hasnt been trimmed all summer and tons of bugs flying in the house .furniture was not comfortable, beds have a big dip in the middle, no hair dryer, and not enough hot chocolate for 3 people. We about killed ourselves walking from the kitchen into the hall, and decorated poorly even if its just a rental. We're not interested in returning Thanks

"We want our guests to arrive at a home that’s clean, well cared for, and ready for a comfortable stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading this feedback, and they wanted to share the following:• The exterior flood lights can be turned on with the switch by the back door, while many guests enjoy keeping them off to take in the starry country sky.• Yard maintenance and fall cleanup have been completed since this visit to keep the property tidy and welcoming.• The beds feature newer mattresses with foam toppers and a variety of pillows to suit different preferences.• The home offers a coffee and beverage station along with toiletries to help guests feel at home.Thank you for your feedback. It helps ensure every stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible."

This place is definitely quiet and secluded while still conveniently located. It is a little quirky because it is an old home. We would stay again primary because pets are allowed,

We're so glad the quiet, secluded feel combined with a convenient location worked well for your stay, and that this Pet-friendly spot made it easy to bring your furry companion along. The character of the older home is part of what makes it unique, and we appreciate you embracing that charm. Thanks for sharing your experience, and we look forward to welcoming you and your pets back again.
