We were very happy with the house and the community was wonderful. We didnt have time for the pool but we did a lil tour around the park. There was some confusion with the after hour check in but it all worked out and we had a great time. Would definitely book here again as it was far enough away from the beach scene but also close enough to get to for the festival we went for!

House was dirty. Piles of sand in bedroom, dirty towels left in washer, bathroom counter dirty, area rug in living room was nasty. Floors were in bad shape in general. Beds had no support & sounded like they were going to collapse every time you moved. Walls need good scrubbing. It looked like they painted over dirty walls. It certainly was not updated as claimed on the listing. No broom or vacuum provided to sweep floors. Dishes had chips in them & no actual glasses. Mostly cheap, very used plastic cups & dinnerware. Zero communication from owners even after reporting that there was no hot water & the state of the house. I think we were overcharged for the condition of the house. Very disappointing. We love Assateague Pointe but have definitely had better experiences in years past. I think due to using a rental company is cheapens the care that goes into the property.
