Inside, the villa features a comfortable Queen bedroom with built-in cabinetry and tasteful décor, along with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The updated bathroom includes a new sink and flooring, while the fully renovated eat-in kitchen boasts new cabinetry, appliances, and quartz countertops — offering a fresh, coastal feel throughout. The complex also includes an external elevator for convenient access.

Your stay includes two complimentary adult bikes, perfect for riding to Coligny, cruising the beach, or exploring the island’s 60+ miles of scenic leisure paths. Four beach chairs are also provided, so you can head straight to the shore the moment you arrive. With direct beachfront access and one of the most walkable and bike-friendly locations on the island, this villa delivers the ultimate carefree Hilton Head getaway.

We love this property and location. It is right on the beach and directly across from Coligny center that has everything you need. The bicycles were an added bonus since we always have to rent and return which can be inconvenient. We've been staying at the Breakers for years and this condo is completely remodeled. The beach view is good from it's 2nd floor location, but wish the palm in front was lower!

The condo itself was wonderful. The crew above us was quite heavy on their feet early in the morning. All the amenities were great though. We spent most of the time out and about but the condo was perfect to come back to.

Very nice but small

We enjoyed our stay the condo is very small 2 people is all i would want to stay there. The bathroom is exceptionally small but things were well kept and clean and in good working order.

Great little condo, perfect location!

This little condo was perfect for our little family—2 adults, 2 little ones. The location is perfect! Right on the beach and right across the street from Coligny. Was so nice! The condo was clean and just as pictured. Both beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we need. If we make it back down to HHI, this place will be on our list!

Summer 2024

We loved the location and the ability to walk or bike anywhere we needed to go. The unit needs privacy or room darkening curtains as the one they have are sheer and don’t block out any light. The unit was clean except for the floor. My crawling baby had black knees and feet from the floor. We had to request bedding for the pull out sofa. When they did bring us sheets, they were for a twin size mattress and didn’t work on the bed. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa if you plan to use it.
