★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Google Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy: 1. Open the Google Maps app and log in. 2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between. 3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download." On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download
★ CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.
★ NATURE IMMERSION ★ The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.
★ PETS ★ PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FEES. Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved. No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates. Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces.

This house was spectacular! It was beautiful and spacious and gave us lots of room to relax and spend time together. It's peaceful and away from the busy-ness of the tourist areas, but close enough we could easily get to all the attractions.Commmunication with our host was easy and timely. We loved it and hope to come back many more times in the future!

This house was beautifully done. Whether you wanted a place that was secluded to enjoy the scenery or something convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, this property had it all. We enjoyed our stay and the comfort the owners provide to make this feel like home away from home.
Thank you for allowing us this opportunity.
This home was above and beyond our expectations and a special place where we could all bond in spite of our age differences. I loved the swing hammock chair, especially in the mornings when nature was just waking up. We all enjoyed the pool table, and I got to show my family my Galaga expertise on the arcade table. The hot tub and fire pit couldn’t be more perfectly placed. I have already told lots of folks about this magical home on top of the world & hope to come back soon myself!

That's awesome! So glad you had an amazing time bonding with your family in our home. Thank you for spreading the word about our magical home, and we can't wait to have you back soon!
Whenever our flight landed we contacted the host to see if it was at all possible to get in before 4. She told us her cleaning people were there and she would follow up with them. Never got a response back from her. Then arrived at our designated time only to walk into it smelling like a mixture of animals and smoke. The floors were filthy. Hair on the bed, hair on the bath tub, sweaty butt cheek mark on the toilet, two smashed cockroaches on the wall. Bug in the bathtub. I could go on and to mention my husband is allergic to roaches and started to not be able to breathe. We left within 39 mins. Had to basically beg for some sort of a partial refund because we couldn’t stay there and they fought us on even doing that. VRBO was of no assistance in this matter as well! Literally was the worst experience we’ve ever had not to mention the money we had to come out even more out of pocket because we were 12 hours away from home. I would never stay at another location under them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest concerns seriously, but it’s important to note that your account of the situation appears inconsistent. Unfortunately, even Vrbo did not support your case, which raises concerns about the validity of your claims. We strive for a positive experience for all our guests and hope you find a suitable place in the future.
The house was beautiful. The location was great. We loved the large covered porch but the trees are all grown up so high they block all views of the mountains. And what looked like poison ivy was growing throught the porch rails and my daughter is very allergic so we had to take care of that first thing. The other things that were alittle disappointing is that there were only 6 towels in the house so we had to wash them everyday if we all showered or got in the hot tub and there was only one tiny bag of laundry detergent so we had to buy some. The water in the master bathroom sink smelled very strong of sulfur and my boyfriend had to fix the shower door because the seal that kept it from swinging open was off and leaned up in the corner of the closet. There was also a shelf in the shower that was about to fall off and the handle on the guest bathroom shower door seemed to be about to fall apart. The paper towels and toilet paper were very cheap and would just disintegrate when you used them so we had to buy our own. And there were no extra trash bags so we had to buy more. Which wouldve been fine for a one night stay but we stayed 3 nights and cooked 2 of those nights so we filled the cans at least 2 to 3 times. All the arcade games were excellent. We loved the giant jenga!! Overall it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay but just a few things could use alittle more attention and thought put in for the amount of money it costs to stay there.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful house and its location, as well as the arcade games. We appreciate your feedback regarding the trees; we’ll certainly look into that.
Regarding the starter kit supplies, we do provide a limited supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, and towels, which is outlined in our check-in information. We apologize for the towel shortage; had you reported it, we would have happily provided more.
We’ll also address the concerns with the water smell and the shower fixtures to ensure a better experience for future guests. Your input is invaluable, and we hope to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay!
