Wonderful !

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Everything is 100% perfect for a family with three kids. The villa is very clean and well maintained and perfectly equipped with anything you need for your vacation. Check-in was uncomplicated and the communication with the property manager was never a problem. Very responsive. The location in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood is just a short drive or 15 minute walk away from the town centre and the beaches. So everything is in reach (grocery store, restaurants, ice parlor, ….) Our kids enjoyed a lot of time in the heated pool every day. Nice roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. Rooms are air-conditioned even though we didn´t need it in January. We´ll be happy to come back.

Die Gastgeber reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten, sowohl während der Buchung als auch während des Aufenthalts.Durch die neuen Markisen kann man den Außenbereich noch besser nutzen und den schön angelegten Poolbereich genießen (es gibt auch eine sehr schöne Solar-Beleuchtung des Bereichs nachts).Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen und planen eine Wiederholung des Aufenthalts.

Villa soleada - chez Nadja & Guillaume- entsprach voll der Abbildung und Beschreibung.Wir, 3 z.T. 4 Personen, verbrachten vom 11.11. - 09.12.25 eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Domizil. Ein gepflegter Garten umrandet eine großzügige Terrasse .Die Einstieghilfe in den geheizten Pool war für mich als Schwerbehinderten eine wesentliche Hilfe.Der überdachte und abgeschirmte Patio diente unserer Tochter als Büro für ihre Arbeit im homeoffice..Die voll ausgestattete Küche enthielt einen Nebenraum in dem Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine deponiert waren. Keine schlechte Idee. Wir waren mehrfach in Playa Blanca, hatten aber noch nie die Ruhe wie in dieser Wohngegend.Der Pool wurde 2 mal pro Woche gewartet, die Bettwäsche wöchentlich erneuert, der Garten bei unserem Aufenthalt von einer Gärtnerin bearbeitet.Von einer Dachterrasse genießt man einen Blick auf die Umgebung.Maximilian Kussius

Sehr schöne Villa mit hervorragendem Pool in guter Lage

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und ein 12-jähriges Schulkind, hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa "Soleada". Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, Geschirr, Besteck und viel Küchenutensilien waren sehr reichhaltig vorhanden. Sehr schön waren auch die bereitgestellten Lebensmittel und Getränke. Ein besonders "Highlight" war die Möglichkeit, speziell gefiltertes Wasser als Trinkwasser in der Küche zu zapfen. Dadurch erübrigte sich das sonst so leidige Kaufen und Schleppen der 5-ltr. Wasserkanister.Auch wenn das Wetter die ersten Tage sehr windig und bedeckt war, fanden wir auf der Terrasse geschützte Ecken zum relaxen. Den sehr schönen, gut geheizten Pool haben wir auch bei bedecktem Himmel genutzt. Bei den sonnigen Tagen waren die schöne Außenanlage mit den Liegen und dem Pool natürlich ideal zum Sonnen und Entspannen.Die Villa liegt sehr zentral, mit unserem Mietwagen konnten wir in wenigen Minuten den Parkplatz an dem Strand "Dorada", die Parkplätze am Hafen, das Playa Blanca Zentrum oder die Marina Rubicon mit den schönen Restaurants, vielen Geschäften und den Wochenmärkten erreichen. Auch mit einem ca, 20 minütigem Fußweg sind die "Playa Dorado", div. Supermärte oder Restaurants zu erreichen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Gegend

Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell und freundlich auf Rückfragen reagiert.Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Kochutensilien vorgefunden.Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Maison très bien située , bien entretenue . Il ne manque rien, la piscine est entretenue 2 fois par semaine , les’draps sont changés une fois par semaine . Environnement calme . Propriétaire très à l’écoute, s’inquiète de notre confort . Cuisine très bien équipée . Je recommande à 300%
